Just checked the web site and am surprised at the number of weeks that are for sale, is there something that we all should be aware or is it as simple that peoples holidaying habits have changed.

Really appreciate the table of cottage sizes. Interesting to see that the majority of cottages are 2
bedrooms. Useful when trying to book.

Cottage No 15

We've got week 27 at cottage no 15. Not surprised to hear about problems. We've been asking about the refurb for a long time. I think we've had four or five dates the last of which was Jan 2010.
Think I understand why the 3 beds were at tail end of programme ie biggest.
There is another 3 bed - which I believe has been refurbished - would have thought you did them together. Why was no 15 last?
Nov 2010 represents a major slippage from the original plan & confidence is understandably low that even this date will be met.
Don't get the bit about wait & see how much fees we collect before we proceed. Given the slippage in dates that money must have been budgeted for previously.
Cottage 15 is not up to the standard expected at Kenmore & that's a fact. It needs to be refurbished asap to conclude the phase 1 programme & draw a line underneath the issue because it won't go away.
