I am bringing my elderly mother on holiday and require a wheelchair to borrow for one week commencing

There is another 3 bed - which I believe has been refurbished - would have thought you did them together. Why was no 15 last?
Nov 2010 represents a major slippage from the original plan & confidence is understandably low that even this date will be met.
Don't get the bit about wait & see how much fees we collect before we proceed. Given the slippage in dates that money must have been budgeted for previously.
Cottage 15 is not up to the standard expected at Kenmore & that's a fact. It needs to be refurbished asap to conclude the phase 1 programme & draw a line underneath the issue because it won't go away.
