All cottages have a sofa-bed or fold up bed in the living area, i.e. a 1 bedroom cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 people, a 2 bedroom sleeps a maximum of 6 and a 3-bed sleeps up to eight people.

In addition to the selling price there is a conveyancing fee from DRI of £250 to be considered.

Sales Enquiry.  A Kenmore owner wishes to purchase any cottage for at least 6 persons for either weeks 27 or 29.
