It is very important to only use a TATOC Approved reseller.
Please note that the management fees must still be paid otherwise the weeks will be surrendered to DRI.

Cottage 29, week 10 is offered for free transfer to a 'purchaser', due to the
current owner not being able to make further use of it -- yes, the only charge to
the new owner will be the Transfer of Ownership fee due to DRI !

Week 15
usually falls in the Easter school holidays and frequently includes
Easter weekend.
Week 35 - nearly always includes the August Bank Holiday.
All cottages have a sofa-bed or fold up bed in the living area, i.e. a 1 bedroom cottage sleeps a maximum of 4 people, a 2 bedroom sleeps a maximum of 6 and a 3-bed sleeps up to eight people.
In addition to the selling price there is a conveyancing fee from DRI of £250 to be considered.

Rental Request for a Cottage in Week 32 in 2012 (Saturday 4th August to Saturday 11th August), all sized accommodation would be accepted. Saturday or Sunday check-in both OK. Please email Damien Bond at hedgehog007@btopenworld.com.
