Terms of Service
As stated on our home page the intention of this site is to assist our Fixed Week Members to buy, sell or rent weeks at the Club without having to go through Diamond Resorts. All transactions are strictly between the buyer/seller or renter and we have no input into the prices asked. The initial contact will be by email and for this reason an email address must be provided by all members wishing to transact on the site. All requests for adverts to be placed should be sent to royrdewar@aol.com.
Sellers/ renters must provide details of the Cottage, number of bedrooms and Week number and the price they wish to charge. Once initial contact is made we would presume that telephone details will be provided but for the purpose of the site all contact will be by email.
Detail on how to sell
As there are charges to maintain the site a small fee is charged for advertising weeks for rental and sale.
Currently the price is £15 for rentals and £25 for sales and cheques should be made out to Kenmore Owners Association and sent to Roy Dewar, 15 Sandylands Road, Cupar, Fife, KY15 5JS. This is a one off fee and the advert will be kept on the site until we are advised that a transaction has taken place or you wish to withdraw the advert.
We would request all advertisers to advise us as soon as any transaction is completed so that the website can be kept up to date.
